What does it look like to give yourself permission to heal?

What does it look like to set intentions and act on those intentions with purpose?

What does it mean to work with Spirit Guides when healing?

In the first offering of our Foundations Program, we will explore tools and ceremonies to help us gain confidence in connecting with our Spirit Guides and Protectors as we embark on our journey of self understanding.

Although we will be sharing tools, this is not a space to share our personal stories, nor will it ever be a requirement here.

The exercises we will introduce are intended to be done on your own in between the modules.

There are no requirements other than coming with an open heart as we begin our journey to take care of our Spirit.

Please, be sure to have a beverage and a smudge on hand as we begin the work.
