We come from very gifted & traditional grandparents, whose gifts live in our hearts, DNA memory cells.

 

Every time we forget that & forget the love they have shared with us we drop that love, light & energy & make room for the hat’agam haykw that they warned us not to become part of.. No matter what is said no matter what is actioned out remember we are the wise words shared & the traditions we are taught. We do not have to become the hurt that we have experienced & we do not  have to accept the hurt medicine that the unhealed try to share with us.
