All who struggle with a manmade dis-ease of the mind, the body…know that it began as negative energy first &  infected the spirit, the aura, the thoughts, the emotions…Remember that before we were physically born we understood that, no matter our form, whether we are two legged, four legged, live on land, the air or in the water,,,we all carry this fire inside that comes directly from the source.. we are all a part of this great big universe called Creator, K’amligiihalhaahl, God or however we have been taught to know them… we say them because they all have a male & female side, no life can be created without both… they all live in us, the creator of miracles lives directly inside us & the healing, the miracle, the understanding that we are a miracle, every one of us, is where we can remember that all is possible & healing happens when we can relearn how to just let go of everything that does not add to this fire, this miracle…

Learn to see yourself as a miracle,,, we are not what has happened to us, we are not what we have done because of it, we are who we remain in spite of it.. we are compassion, we are kindness, we are respect, honor & unconditional love

We have to remember… we are not the amount of people who like us, we are not even those who will hate us unless we hate back… we need to stop making people who don’t resonate with us important because when we do we neglect the ones who love us…the power is in the love especially in the learning to love self…the healing is in the love & when we decide to let go of everything that doesn’t add that to us we can heal.. It’s about learning how to do it… remember EVERYONE is a miracle, whether they remember it or not Everything can be healed, everything can be forgiven

Forgiving is refusing to carry trauma & “giving” it to Creator to be healed so we don’t get or keep dis-ease It’s time that we lived like we are a miracle & that we are loved.. when we love our self we will feel it..
